Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your order before it has been shipped. To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Once your cancellation request is confirmed, we will process a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that cancellations cannot be processed after your order has entered the shipping process. Refunds for cancelled orders typically appear in your account within 5-7 business days, depending on your financial institution's processing times.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. You must also provide the original receipt or proof of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items returned without an RMA number may not be processed. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, our quality control team will inspect it to verify it meets our return policy requirements. Upon approval, we will initiate your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed by our team, plus additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the credit to your account. The exact processing time depends on your financial institution. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. For items purchased during promotional periods, only the final sale price will be refunded.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check with your bank or credit card company as some institutions require additional processing time. If you've confirmed with your financial institution that the refund hasn't been processed, please contact our customer service team with your order number and payment details. We will investigate the matter and work with our payment processor to resolve any issues. In cases where refunds are delayed due to incorrect payment information provided by the customer, additional processing time may be required to correct the information and resubmit the refund.
